( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ:

أَنَّ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ حَكِيمٍ دَخَلَتْ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ رَبِيعَةَ بْنَ أُمَيَّةَ اسْتَمْتَعَ بِامْرَأَةٍ مُوَلَّدَةٍ، فَحَمَلَتْ مِنْهُ فَخَرَجَ عُمَرُ ؓ يَجُرُّ رِدَاءَهُ فَزِعًا فَقَالَ: هَذِهِ الْمُتْعَةُ وَلَوْ كُنْتُ تَقَدَّمْتُ فِيهِ لَرَجَمْتُهُ
