وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا عِمْرَانُ، وَابْنُ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ قَالَا: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ قَالَ:

سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَسُئِلَ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ فَرَخَّصَ فِيهَا فَقَالَ لَهُ مَوْلًى لَهُ: إِنَّمَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ وَفِي النِّسَاءِ قِلَّةٌ وَالْحَالُ شَدِيدٌ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: نَعَمْ
