أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ؓ قَالَ:

رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَائِمًا بَيْنَ الرُّكْنِ وَالْبَابِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَذِنْتُ لَكُمْ فِي الِاسْتِمْتَاعِ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَهَا إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ، فَمَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ مِنْهُنَّ شَيْءٌ فَلْيُخَلِّ سَبِيلَهَا، وَلَا تَأْخُذُوا مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا

    وأما حجة الوداع فهو اختلاف على الربيع بن سبرة والرواية عنه بأنها في الفتح أصح وأشهر
