أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، ثَنَا صَخْرُ بْنُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَخْطُبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَرُدَّ أَوْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ
