أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: بَكْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَمْدَانَ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا مَكِّيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَبِيعَ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَخْطُبَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ حَتَّى يَتْرُكَ الْخَاطِبُ قَبْلَهُ، أَوْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ الْخَاطِبُ
