( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، قَالَ:

إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْحُرُّ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ فَهُوَ طَلَاقُ الْأَمَةِ، هُوَ كَصَاحِبِ الْمَيْتَةِ يَأْكُلُ مِنْهَا مَا اضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهَا، فَإِذَا اسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا فَلْيُمْسِكْ
