( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ:
سَأَلَ عَطَاءٌ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ عَنْ نِكَاحِ الْأَمَةِ، مَا تَقُولُ فِيهِ أَجَائِزٌ هُوَ ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا يَصْلُحُ الْيَوْمَ نِكَاحُ الْإِمَاءِ
