( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
لَا يَحِلُّ نِكَاحُ الْحُرِّ الْأَمَةَ وَهُوَ يَجِدُ بِصَدَاقِهَا حُرَّةً، قُلْتُ: يَخَافُ الزِّنَا، قَالَ: مَا عَلِمْتُهُ يَحِلُّ
