( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا مُحَاضِرُ بْنُ الْمُوَرِّعِ، ثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَلِيمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ، ثَنَا عَاصِمٌ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ؛ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ يَقُولُ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، أَوْ قَالَ: خَالَتِهَا
