وَأَنْبَأَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ - ؓ
سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ لَهُ أَمَتَانِ أُخْتَانِ وَطِئَ إِحْدَاهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَطَأَ الْأُخْرَى، قَالَ: لَا، حَتَّى يُخْرِجَهَا مِنْ مِلْكِهِ
