( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ فِرَاسٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الدَّيْبُلِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ:
ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَوْلُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فِي الْأُخْتَيْنِ مِنْ مِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ، فَقَالُوا: إِنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ: أَحَلَّتْهُمَا آيَةٌ وَحَرَّمَتْهُمَا آيَةٌ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ: أَحَلَّتْهُمَا آيَةٌ وَحَرَّمَتْهُمَا آيَةٌ إِنَّمَا تُحَرِّمُهُنَّ عَلَيَّ قَرَابَتِي مِنْهُنَّ وَلَا يُحَرِّمُهُنَّ عَلَيَّ قَرَابَةُ بَعْضِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ لِقَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى: وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ إِلا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ
