( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَخْتَوَيْهِ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ أَنَّ مُعَلَّى بْنَ أَسَدٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ الْمُخْتَارِ، أَنْبَأَ مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - ؓ:

أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ حَارِثَةَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مَا كُنَّا نَدْعُوهُ إِلَّا زَيْدَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ حَتَّى نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ: ادْعُوهُمْ لآبَائِهِمْ هُوَ أَقْسَطُ عِنْدَ اللهِ
