أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَفَارَقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا هَلْ تَحِلُّ لَهُ أُمُّهَا ؟، فَقَالَ لَهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: لَا الْأُمُّ مُبْهَمَةٌ، لَيْسَ فِيهَا شَرْطٌ، إِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ فِي الرَّبَائِبِ
