( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ:
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَى: الزَّانِي لا يَنْكِحُ إِلا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً قَالَ: ذَلِكَ حُكْمٌ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَذَكَرَهُ
