( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي كِتَابِ الْمُسْتَدْرَكِ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ( بْنُ عَطَاءٍ ) أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ بَيْعًا فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَأَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ زَوَّجَهَا وَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ
