أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْعَبْدَوِيُّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا هُشَيْمٌ، نَا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيِّ:
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أُتِيَ بِامْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ عَبْدًا لَهَا، فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ: أَلَيْسَ اللهُ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ فِي كِتَابِهِ: أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ، فَضَرَبَهُمَا وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَكَتَبَ إِلَى أَهْلِ الْأَمْصَارِ: أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ تَزَوَّجَتْ عَبْدًا لَهَا، أَوْ تَزَوَّجَتْ بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ أَوْ وَلِيٍّ فَاضْرِبُوهُمَا الْحَدَّ
