أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الزَّاهِدُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى؛ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ رِضًى، وَإِنْ كَرِهَتْ فَلَا كُرْهَ عَلَيْهَا
