أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: وَثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ الْمَعْنِيُّ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَهُوَ إِذْنُهَا، وَإِنْ أَبَتْ فَلَا جَوَازَ عَلَيْهَا
