أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، قَالَا: ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ:
أَنَّ جَارِيَةً بِكْرًا أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ لَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا زَوَّجَهَا وَهِيَ كَارِهَةٌ، قَالَ: فَخَيَّرَهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ

Zayd, that a man married; and this is the correct version. I said: From whom is the mistake? He said: It should be from Ḥusayn, for no one other than him narrated it from Jarīr.
