أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
الثَّيِّبُ أَحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ يَسْتَأْذِنُهَا أَبُوهَا فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا - وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: وَصُمَاتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا
