( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ قَالَ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ - ؓ:

كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَنَّ نَبِيًّا لَا يَمُوتُ حَتَّى يُخَيَّرَ بَيْنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ، قَالَتْ: وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي وَجَعِهِ الَّذِي تُوُفِّيَ فِيهِ أَخَذَتْهُ بُحَّةٌ، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: مَعَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالصِّدِّيقِينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِينَ وَحَسُنَ أُولَئِكَ رَفِيقًا، قَالَتْ: فَظَنَنْتُهُ خُيِّرَ بَيْنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
