al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Bayhaqi) 13276

✧ The poor or destitute who has earnings or a craft sufficient for him and his family is not given anything for poverty or destitution.

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، ( ح ) وَأَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ رَيْحَانَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْعَامِرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ، وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ
