( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ وَحَكِيمِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنْ شَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ:

أُتِيَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ بِصَدَقَةِ زَكَاةٍ، فَأَعْطَاهَا أَهْلَ بَيْتٍ كَمَا هِيَ
