al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Bayhaqi) 13242

( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّعْدِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ( ح ) وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مِلْحَانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ أَبِي حَسَنٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ ( أَبِيهِ ) يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ - ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ، وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ
