وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ فِرَاسٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ سَمِعَهُ مِنْهُ

أَنَّ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ أَتَاهُ مَالٌ مِنْ أَصْبِهَانَ، فَقَسَمَهُ بِسَبْعَةِ أَسْبَاعٍ، فَفَضَلَ رَغِيفٌ، فَكَسَرَهُ بِسَبْعِ كِسَرٍ، فَوَضَعَ عَلَى كُلِّ جُزْءٍ كِسْرَةً، ثُمَّ أَقْرَعَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ أَيُّهُمْ يَأْخُذُ أَوَّلُ
