( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الزَّاهِدُ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ، ثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ الْعَتَكِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ أَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ: وَالزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ هُرْمُزَ - قَالَ:

كَتَبَ نَجْدَةُ - يَعْنِي الْحَرُورِيَّ - إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ سَهْمِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى لِمَنْ هُوَ ؟ قَالَ: كَتَبْتَ إِلَيَّ تَسْأَلُنِي عَنْ سَهْمِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى لِمَنْ هُوَ ؟ فَهُوَ لَنَا، وَقَدْ كَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ دَعَانَا إِلَى أَنْ يُنْكِحَ مِنْهُ أَيِّمَنَا، وَيُخْدِمَ مِنْهُ عَائِلَنَا، وَيَقْضِيَ مِنْهُ عَنْ غَارِمِنَا، فَأَبَيْنَا إِلَّا أَنْ يُسَلِّمَهُ لَنَا، وَأَبَى أَنْ يَفْعَلَ، فَتَرَكْنَاهُ
