وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنَا مُغِيرَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي قَوْلِهِ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ قَالَ: يُقَسَّمُ الْخُمُسُ عَلَى خَمْسَةِ أَخْمَاسٍ، فَخُمُسُ اللهِ وَالرَّسُولِ وَاحِدٌ، وَيُقَسَّمُ مَا سِوَى ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْآخَرِينَ
