( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا حَنْبَلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْحُرِّ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ

كَانَ يُنَفِّلُ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ فَرِيضَةُ الْخُمُسِ فِي الْمَغْنَمِ، فَلَمَّا نَزَلَتِ الْآيَةُ: أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلهِ خُمُسَهُ تَرَكَ النَّفَلَ الَّذِي كَانَ يُنَفِّلُ، وَصَارَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى خُمُسِ الْخُمُسِ مِنْ سَهْمِ اللهِ وَسَهْمِ النَّبِيِّ
