( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا هِشَامٌ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَقِيلٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ:
بَارَزَ عَقِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ رَجُلًا يَوْمَ مُؤْتَةَ، فَقَتَلَهُ، فَنَفَّلَهُ سَيْفَهُ وَتُرْسَهُ
