( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:

كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ سَهْمٌ يُدْعَى سَهْمَ الصَّفِيِّ، إِنْ شَاءَ عَبْدًا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمَةً، وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَرَسًا، يَخْتَارُهُ قَبْلَ الْخُمُسِ
