( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ ( حَ وَأَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالَ: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ:

إِنَّ أَزْوَاجَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حِينَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَرَدْنَ أَنْ يَبْعَثْنَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ ؓ فَيَسْأَلْنَهُ مِيرَاثَهُنَّ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَهُنَّ: أَلَيْسَ قَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: لَا نُورَثُ، مَا تَرَكْنَا فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ. وَفِي رِوَايَةِ الْقَعْنَبِيِّ: فَيَسْأَلْنَهُ حَقَّهُنَّ، فَقَالَتْ لَهُنَّ عَائِشَةُ
