( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَشَيْبَانُ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ: أَمَّا قَوْلُكَ الَّذِي سَأَلْتَنِي عَنْهُ: أَشَهِدَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ بَدْرًا ؟ فَإِنَّهُ شُغِلَ بِابْنَةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَضَرَبَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِسَهْمِهِ
