( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ( حَ وَأَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ السُّكَّرِيُّ، ثَنَا هُدْبَةُ قَالَا: ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، ثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ:
لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّى تُنْفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ قَالَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أُرَى رَبَّنَا يَسْأَلُنَا مِنْ أَمْوَالِنَا، فَإِنِّي أُشْهِدُكَ أَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلْتُ أَرْضِي بِأَرِيحَا لِلهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: اجْعَلْهَا فِي قَرَابَتِكَ. فَقَسَمَهَا بَيْنَ حَسَّانَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ وَأُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ
