( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: جَعْفَرُ بْنُ إِيَاسٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ أُخْتِي نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَحُجَّ، وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ، قَالَ: لَوْ كَانَ عَلَيْهَا دَيْنٌ أَكُنْتَ قَاضِيَهُ ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ: فَاقْضُوا اللهَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِالْوَفَاءِ.
