قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ وَابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ بِشَيْءٍ يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِ وَاجِبًا: حَجٍّ أَوْ كَفَّارَةِ يَمِينٍ أَوْ ظِهَارٍ، فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ
