أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَا ابْنُ رَجَاءٍ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ إِدْرِيسَ الْأَوْدِيِّ، عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالْخُمُسِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالرُّبُعِ، وَالَّذِي يُوصِي بِالرُّبُعِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالثُّلُثِ
