أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُنَادِي، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ:
ذُكِرَ لَنَا أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ؓ أَوْصَى بِخُمُسِ مَالِهِ، وَقَالَ: لَا أَرْضَى مِنْ مَالِي بِمَا رَضِيَ اللهُ بِهِ مِنْ غَنَائِمِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ. وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ: وَكَانَ يُقَالُ: الْخُمُسُ مَعْرُوفٌ، وَالرُّبُعُ جُهْدٌ، وَالثُّلُثُ يُجِيزُهُ الْقُضَاةُ
