وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنَا أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ نَاسًا يَقُولُونَ: إِنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ نُسِخَتْ وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ لَا وَاللهِ مَا نُسِخَتْ، وَلَكِنَّهَا مِمَّا تَهَاوَنَ النَّاسُ بِهَا، وَهُمَا وَالِيَانِ: وَالٍ يَرِثُ، فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَرْزُقُ، وَوَالٍ لَيْسَ بِوَارِثٍ، فَذَاكَ الَّذِي يَقُولُ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا، إِنَّهُ مَالُ يَتَامَى، وَمَا لِي فِيهِ شَيْءٌ
