قَالَ: وَثَنَا ) سَعِيدٌ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنَا يُونُسُ وَحُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
مَنْ أَوْصَى لِغَيْرِ ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ، فَلِلَّذِينَ أَوْصَى لَهُمْ ثُلُثُ الثُّلُثِ، وَلِقَرَابَتِهِ ثُلُثَا الثُّلُثِ
