فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى وَمَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ فِي الْكِتَابِ فِي يَتَامَى النِّسَاءِ فِي أَوَّلِ هَذِهِ السُّورَةِ مِنَ الْمَوَارِيثِ، قَالَ: كَانُوا لَا يُوَرِّثُونَ صَبِيًّا حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ
