( وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُوا فَكَانَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُهَاجِرِيَّ، وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمُهَاجِرُ فَنَسَخَتْهَا وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ
