أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَسْرٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ مَعْقِلٍ وَأَشْيَاخَهُمْ يَذْكُرُونَ
أَنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَوْلُودِ لَا يُدْرَى أَرَجُلٌ أَمِ امْرَأَةٌ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ: يُوَرَّثُ مِنْ حَيْثُ يَبُولُ
