( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا تُوُفِّيَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: انْظُرُوا هَلْ لَهُ وَارِثٌ. فَقَالُوا: لَا، إِلَّا غُلَامًا كَانَ لَهُ فَأَعْتَقَهُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: ادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِ مِيرَاثَهُ
