أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَالَ:
لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ شَتَّى، وَلَا يَحْجُبُ مَنْ لَا يَرِثُ
