( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَلِيمٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ بِهَا، قَالَ: ثَنَا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ:
تُوُفِّيَتْ عَمَّةٌ لِلْأَشْعَثِ، وَهِيَ يَهُودِيَّةٌ، فَأَتَى عُمَرَ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يُوَرِّثَهُ، وَقَالَ: يَرِثُهَا أَهْلُ دِينِهَا
