( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الْخَالُ وَارِثٌ
