أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" الْخَالُ وَارِثٌ
