وَرَوَى أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي الْمَرَاسِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَكِبَ إِلَى قُبَاءَ؛ يَسْتَخِيرُ فِي مِيرَاثِ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ، فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا
