أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَمْزَةُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، ثَنَا مَسْلَمَةُ بْنُ عَلْقَمَةَ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ سَلَامَةَ الْعِجْلِ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الْفَارِسِيِّ، قَالَ:

أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ بِجَفْنَةٍ مِنْ خُبْزٍ وَلَحْمٍ، فَقَالَ: " مَا هَذِهِ يَا سَلْمَانُ ؟ " قُلْتُ: صَدَقَةٌ. فَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ وَقَالَ لِأَصْحَابِهِ: " كُلُوا ". ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُهُ بِجَفْنَةٍ مِنْ خُبْزٍ وَلَحْمٍ، فَقَالَ: " مَا هَذِهِ يَا سَلْمَانُ ؟ " قُلْتُ: هَدِيَّةٌ. فَأَكَلَ، قَالَ: إِنَّا نَأْكُلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ، وَلَا نَأْكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ
