وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ؛
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَشْرَبُ مِنْ سِقَايَاتٍ كَانَ يَضَعُهَا النَّاسُ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ، فَقُلْتُ، أَوْ قِيلَ لَهُ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّمَا حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْنَا الصَّدَقَةُ الْمَفْرُوضَةُ
